Kāpili Like grants the down payment at the family's loan closing, on their own land.
What it takes
A family needs between 8 and 12 qualifying businesses, depending on the home they build. A qualifying business averages $100,000 a month in card sales. Smaller businesses count too: two businesses at $600,000 a year equal one.
- No donation, no new fees, and no cost to you to participate.
- Your support stays local: the family is a Hawai'i land lease holder building on their land.
- The family's commitment runs 24 months from their closing; processing with VentureKap through then keeps your support counting.
